Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent yarn from being wound around a package in a slack state, while suppressing lengthening of time required to capture a yarn end.SOLUTION: When a signal indicating a state, in which yarn Y does not travel, is output from a yarn clearer 22 or a yarn feeler 19 during formation of a package P, a unit control part 33 controls a winding part 13, and continuously rotates the package P while increasing a rotating speed of the package P during a predetermined rotation period.
