Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polychromator which can easily and accurately perform positioning on a detector, and an analyzer including the polychromator.SOLUTION: A detector 12 is rotated by using a rotation adjustment mechanism 20, so that positions of a plurality of light receiving elements 17 relative to a diffraction grating surface 111 of a diffraction grating 11 are adjusted. Positioning of the detector 12 can be easily performed compared to such a configuration that the positioning is performed by exchanging spacers. Also, the positioning of the detector 12 can be accurately performed because a rotational angle of the rotation adjustment mechanism 20 can be finely adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
