Abstract:
To provide a bed device which has a caster mechanism excellent in the operability and functionality.SOLUTION: A caster mechanism comprises: a caster; a brake member which has a brake pad; a holder which holds the brake member in a movable manner in the vertical direction and holds the caster in a rotatable manner; a lock lever which has a first step-in part and is rotatable around the first axis; and a release lever which has a second step-in part and is rotatable around the second axis in parallel to the first axis. The caster mechanism can be switched between the lock release state in which the caster contacts the installation surface and the brake pad is apart from the installation surface and the lock state in which the caster is apart from the installation surface and the brake pad contacts the installation surface. In a case where the caster mechanism is in the lock release state, the caster mechanism is switched to the lock state when the first step-in part is stepped. In a case where the caster mechanism is in the lock state, the caster mechanism is switched to the lock release state when the second step-in part is stepped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
