Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal case capable of inexpensively acquiring endoscope (especially, a direct-view endoscope) images with a high quality and high workability by effectively using camera functions of a general-purpose smartphone and promoting expansion of endoscopic diagnosis at a bedside and diffusion to doctors and students, and an attachment for portable terminal cases.SOLUTION: The portable terminal case includes: an attachment 1 having a cylindrical hollow shaft for connecting a camera-side end of a mount, and a plate-like member 7 having a hole 6 for the camera; and a housing removably attached to the portable terminal by fittably covering at least a camera-side surface of the portable terminal to fix the camera-side surface of the plate-like member of the attachment to the surface. When the mount is fitted to the portable terminal case, the portable terminal case is so positioned that an optical axis of an eyepiece of the endoscope, a central axis of the shaft, a central axis of the hole of the housing, and an optical axis of the camera are matched together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
