Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer of a printing machine capable of reducing thermal energy consumption of drying means in operation or deodorizing means in standby by controlling an amount of the purified air after deodorization to be refluxed to the drying means.SOLUTION: A dryer 10 of a printing machine is provided with: drying means 20 having a burner 26, a temperature sensor 80, a control motor 36 and a temperature controller 38 and supplying the heat air to printing paper to dry solvent of printing ink; deodorizing means 40 for performing oxidative decomposition of exhaust gas containing the evaporated solvent to be exhausted from the drying means to exhaust the purified air to the outside; reflux means 60 having a reflux pipe 62 branching from a purified air pipe 52 of the deodorizing means to be connected with the drying means and a flow rate adjustment damper 66 capable of adjusting a flow rate of the purified air flowing in the reflux pipe, and refluxing a part of the purified air to be exhausted from the deodorizing means to the drying means; and control means 70 for controlling the flow rate of the flow rate adjustment damper on the basis of opening of the burner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
