Abstract:
A Matcha-containing beverage that is a packaged beverage distributable under normal temperatures and obtained by heat sterilization is provided, which is characterized by achieving a sufficient Matcha content as well as drinkability. The Matcha-containing beverage comprises Matcha, a green tea leaf extract and/or a grain extract, and a sweetener component, wherein an insoluble solid content per 100 mL of beverage is from 0.3 g to 0.9 g.
