Title:
ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE AND FAN BLADE ADDITIONALLY PROVIDED IN ROTOR THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017216837
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine for obtaining cooling effects at low cost by attaching a fan blade which changes a direction of movement of cooling air, to a rotor without any special fixing member.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises a rotor 6 including four salient poles 6c extending radially outward. A coil presser 11 is disposed for pressing adjacent two of rotor coils 9 wound around the salient poles 6c. The coil presser 11 is integrally fixed to the rotor 6 by a bolt 12, and a fan blade 15 having a plate part 15a which is also used as a washer and a wing part 15b extending backward or forward in a rotation direction of the rotor 6 is integrated in the bolt 12. In such a configuration, the fan blade 15 which changes a direction of movement of cooling air moving radially outward with rotations of the rotor 6 without reducing its moving speed can be attached to the rotor 6 without using any special fixing member, and cooling effects can be obtained at low cost without increasing the number of components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
