Abstract:
To provide a fire damper in which a malfunction due to adhesion of fat and oil contained in oily smoke hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A fire damper 1 includes a damper body 3 attached to an attaching frame 2 and a mechanism for detachably fixing the damper body 3 to the attaching fame 2. The damper body 3 includes: a frame-like member 30 for forming an exhaust passage R attached to the attaching frame 2; a plurality of shutter members 32 disposed rotatably in the frame-like member 30 through a plurality of spindles 31; a connection member 33 for synchronizing rotation operations of the shutter members 32; a spring 34 for energizing the shutter members 32 in a closing direction; lock means for holding the shutter members 32 in an open state; and a temperature fuse 37, which is starting means for releasing the lock means when the temperature of the vicinity of the damper body 4 exceeds a set temperature. The connection member 33 and an elastic member are disposed in a side chamber 40 provided in right and left outer side parts of the exhaust passage R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
