Abstract:
A fluid stirring device according to the present invention is provided with a plate body having therein a flow passage through which a fluid flows, wherein: the fluid is supplied to the flow passage via an opening provided in the plate body and is stirred; the flow passage includes a main flow passage through which the fluid flows, and a branch part that is connected to the main flow passage and has a plurality of branch flow passages provided on the upstream side and downstream side in the flow direction of the fluid; and the cross-sectional area of at least a portion of the downstream-side branch flow passages included in the branch part is smaller than the cross-sectional areas of the upstream-side branch flow passages.
