Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite particle enabling a quick charge rate to be increased when used as a conducting material of an anode for a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A free carbon graphite particle is provided that has: a particle diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm; (002) face space of a carbon net face layer of the particle of over 0.3370 nm and 0.3380 or less, the (002) face space being measured by an X-ray diffraction method; and a ratio (R value) of peak intensity of 1360 cmto peak intensity of 1580 cmin a Raman spectrum of the particles of 0.30 to 0.40, the peak intensity being measure by using a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 532 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
