Abstract:
To provide a honing tool reducing workload and management burden of an operator.SOLUTION: A honing tool includes: a grinding section 13 which has a first tapered surface 13b; a tool body 12 which has a long cylindrical shape and is provided with a slit 12a into which the grinding section 13 is inserted; an expansion rod 11 which is rod-shaped, has a second tapered surface 11a, and is inserted into the inside of the tool body 12 so as to bring the second tapered surface 11a into surface contact with the first tapered surface 13b; a first guide member 14 which is mounted in the tool body 12 so as to be adjacent to the grinding section 13 and guides the movement of the grinding section 13 in a direction orthogonal to a cylindrical shaft J1 direction; and a second guide member 15 which is mounted in the tool body 12 so as to be adjacent to the grinding section 13 and guides the movement of the grinding section 13 in the direction orthogonal to the cylindrical shaft J1 direction. The first guide member 14 is detachable from the tool body 12 and a mounting position in the tool body 12 in the cylindrical shaft J1 direction can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
