Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a security property degrades and it takes long before completion of a process of a security job if other user uses an image formation device before an output permission user which the security job issues reaches the image formation device.SOLUTION: An output permission user notification part 23 provided on an image formation device 2, if another user near the image formation device 2 (own device) being sensed by a user sensing part 17 uses the image formation device 2, notifies an output permission user of the information indicating that another user is using the image formation device 2. Thus, the output permission user knows whether the image formation device 2 is being used by another user or not before reaching the image formation device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
