Abstract:
To provide a kitchen device capable of obtaining stable washing performance by stabilizing a water level during washing by ultrasonic washing.SOLUTION: The kitchen device 1 of the present invention comprises: a sink 2 with drain port 4 formed; a faucet device that discharges water to the sink 2; a drainage device 8 having a flow rate sensor that detects the discharged water, a drainage flow channel 9 provided on a downstream side of an exhaust port 4, a sealed water forming part 22, and ultrasonic oscillator 22 for irradiating ultrasonic waves; a net cage 18 that collects garbage discharged from the sink 2; and a control device that controls irradiation of the ultrasonic waves, wherein the control device starts the irradiation of the ultrasonic waves by an ultrasonic oscillator 30 in conjunction with detection of discharged water by the flow rate sensor, the sink 2 is formed so that its bottom surface 2a inclines downward toward the drain port 4, and the net cage 18 is formed so as to incline downward toward a lowermost part 18a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
