PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate using a resin composition layer which can suppress decrease in adhesive strength between a conductor layer and a resin layer for a plating process.SOLUTION: A method for producing a laminate comprises a step for obtaining a laminate by laminating an insulating layer comprising a C stage cured product of a composition comprising thermosetting resin, a resin composition layer for obtaining a resin layer for a plating process, and a carrier film, in the stated order.SELECTED DRAWING: None
