Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous fluorine resin composition production method by which an aqueous fluorine resin composition superior in the adhesiveness with a current collector and the wettability with an electrolytic solution of a secondary battery can be produced in a mild condition.SOLUTION: An aqueous fluorine resin composition production method comprises the step of producing an aqueous fluorine resin composition including a graft copolymer, a compound expressed by the MX(where "M" represents a transition metal of IV Group to XI Group of the periodic table, "X" represents a halogen atom, and "n" represents an integer of 1-5), and at least one ligand compound selected from a group consisting of phosphine, phosphoric ester, amine and pyridine. The graft copolymer is produced by graft-copolymerizing at least one unsaturated compound selected from a group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid, (meth)acrylonitrile and (meth)acrylate to a vinylidene fluoride polymer by means of an atomic movement radical polymerization reaction of: the compound expressed by MX, the vinylidene fluoride polymer dispersed in water in the presence of the at least one ligand compound; and the at least one unsaturated compound.
