PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow molding which can improve a degree of freedom of a layout of an inside corner wall face of a bent part, and a method for manufacturing the hollow molding.SOLUTION: A hollow molding 1 having a passage 10 for connecting a first passage port 10a and a second passage port 10b to each other therein, and a bent part 10c whose passage axial line is bent in the passage comprises: a pipe-shaped main body member 20 constituting a main body wall face; and an insert member 30 fixed to an internal peripheral face of the main body member, and constituting an insert wall face. The insert member has an inside corner wall face 31a, and at a cross section along a passage axial line of a pipe joint, at least a portion of the inside corner wall face is located at the inside of a bend rather than a virtual inside corner wall face which constituted of a first tangent line L1 at a connecting point connected to the inside corner wall face of a wall face continuing from the first passage port, and a second tangent line L2 at a connecting point connected to the inside corner wall face of the wall face of the passage continuing from the second passage port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
