Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibroin molded article having a nanoporous structure available in various applications and a manufacturing method capable of simplifying manufacturing of the fibroin molded article having the nanoporous structure.SOLUTION: The fibroin molded article having a nanoporous structure is manufactured through a process for physically fibrillating a composition containing fibroin by a wet pulverization treatment and adding a molecule arrangement assistant to obtain a fibroin slurry, a process for spinning a fibroin nanofiber from the fibroin slurry by an electrospinning method, and a process for making the fibroin insoluble to obtain a fibroin molded article having the nanoporous structure from the fibroin nanofiber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
