Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain raw fabric capable of giving woven fabric's surface subtle and profound feeling touch by forming a patterned pad using a resin on the back surface of base sheet having on the back surface a thermofusible adhesive layer and on the surface metallic gloss followed by hat pressing together with another base sheet having an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:In producing the raw fabric with a stereoscopic pattern- manifestative part present in the inner layer and such pattern manifestable on the outer surface, the back surface of a base sheet 1 is provided with a thermofusible adhesive layer 2 and this adhesive layer 2 is further provided with, as stereoscopic pattern manifestative part, a patterned pad 3 by resinous coating material application and the surface of this base material is afforded with metallic gloss. Thence, the resultant base sheet is laminated with a second base sheet 1 having a thermofusible adhesive layer 2 on the back surface with the adhesive layer 2 inside, and the resulting laminate is sandwiched under heating by a pair of pinch rolls 4 or plates with coarse nip surface corresponding to the base sheet side bearing the pad, thus obtaining the objective raw fabric A with a pad 3' bearing a stereoscopic pattern 30.
