Abstract:
To provide a medical device which can easily confirm the state of an affected part that is cut, and control operation.SOLUTION: A medical device 10 has: a long shaft part 15; a first device having a cut part 40 provided at an end part of the shaft part 15; and a second device which is movable in an axial direction to the shaft part 15, is provided with a tip end side blood pressure sensor 61 and a base end side blood pressure sensor 60, and detects fractional flow reserve from a measurement value of the tip end side blood pressure sensor 61 and a measurement value of the base end side blood pressure sensor 60 in the state that the tip end side blood pressure sensor 61 is arranged at a side closer to the tip end than the affected part and the base end side blood pressure sensor 60 is arranged on a side closer to the base end side than the affected part. The medical device 10 has a control part 72 controlling operation of the cut part 40. In the medical device 10, the control part 72 controls the operation of the cut part 40 or controls notification in accordance with the fractional flow reserve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
