PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic electronic device which minimizes contamination of an active region and enables manufacturing with high through-put.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic electronic device includes: a step 110 where a substrate layer having an electric conductive material is provided; a step 120 where a passivation layer is disposed on a passivation region by flexographic printing; a step 130 where an organic semiconductor material is disposed; and a step 140 where an electrode layer is disposed so that the passivation layer and the organic semiconductor material are disposed between the substrate layer and the electrode layer.
