Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to automatically create a map image in which no problem about image quality occurs during creation of the map image.SOLUTION: A microscope device 10 comprises: a color camera 3 that acquires observation images of a specimen S; an image processing device that executes map image creation processing of combining the plurality of observation images acquired by the color camera 3 to create a map image; and a determination device that executes first determination processing of determining whether to use the observation images for the map image creation processing. The image processing device creates the map image by combining the observation images including the observation images determined to be used for the map image creation processing in the first determination processing, and does not use, for the map image creation processing, observation images determined not to be used for the map image creation processing in the first determination processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
