Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet having a nano-heterostructure and a high maximum magnetic energy product, i.e., a permanent magnet with high level of saturation magnetization and coercive force.SOLUTION: A nano-heterostructure permanent magnet has a three-dimensional and period structure where in a matrix composed of one inorganic components out of a hard magnetic material and a soft magnetic material, the other inorganic components out of the hard magnetic material and soft magnetic material are arranged three-dimensionally and periodically, and the average value of the length of one unit of repeated structure is 1-100 nm, and mole ratio of the hard magnetic material and soft magnetic material is 1:0.02-1:0.6.SELECTED DRAWING: None
