Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017228610
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric converter whose operating surface can be smoothly provided along mounting surfaces with various shapes.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric converter 100 comprises: a first deformable substrate 10; a second deformable substrate 50; a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 20 arranged between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 50; and an electrode group, arranged on the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 50, which electrically connects the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 20 to one another. The plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 20 are arranged between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 50 such that they are aligned in a multiple rows. In the electrode group, bridge electrodes 12 and 13 bridging between a first row and an adjacent second row have regions 123 and 133 which are thinner and have larger surface areas compared with another electrode 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
