Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively operate a pulper in high concentration by separating a liquid of broken raw material into fibers and foreign substances in a storing and breaking tank, discharging continuously the fibers and intermittently the unbreakable part of the fibers, further treating the foreign substances and recycling. CONSTITUTION:Old paper such as old newspaper as a raw material is fed to a paper stock tank, stirred while rotating by a breaking rotor and discharged to a storing and breaking tank. In the tank, the paper stock is separated into high-quality fibers and unbreakable substance-containing foreign substances, the fibers are continuously discharged, the unbreakable materials from which the foreign materials are removed are intermittently delivered to a dust removal tank. Then the dust removal tank is charged with diluting water, the foreign substances are further separated and removed and the resulting unbreakable substance is recycled to the paper stock tank to operate a pulper for paper making.
