Abstract:
To provide an optical heterodyne detector which can make a sensitive and reliable measurement, and a laser radar device using the optical heterodyne detector.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: an image forming lens 20 for collecting a reception light 42, which is a transmission light 46 output from a laser light source 114 and reflected by an object; a waveguide 102A, through which a reference light 44 as a part of the light output from the laser light source 114 and the reception light 42 collected by the image forming lens 20 propagate; and a photo diode 30 for receiving the light generated by causing the reference light 44 and the reception light 42 to interfere with each other in a waveguide 120A and converting the light into an electric signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
