Abstract:
To provide a part feeder capable of efficiently feeding parts in a proper attitude, that is adjustable in such a manner that the parts are not overlapped at a scraping-up stage.SOLUTION: A part feeder comprises a back surface plate 10, a bucket 30 provided with a bottom plate 31, a scraping-up plate 20 for parts P, a reciprocating drive source 60, and a conveyance part 50 for conveying the parts P. The bottom plate 31 which is arranged in a range where a tilt angle from a horizontal surface is 25 to 45 degrees is formed in any of a right-angled shape where a shape Y of an upper end surface of the bottom plate 31 is chamfered at right angle toward a back surface plate 10 side, a tilted shape chamfered in a tilt slope shape, a curved shape chamfered in the curved shape, and a step shape chamfered in the step shape, or in those used in combination. A plate thickness of the scraping-up plate 20 is 60 to 150% of the plate thickness of the parts P, or within a range of 1.5 to 5.0 mm; and the parts P are scraped up on the scraping-up plate 20 in a single state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
