Abstract:
To provide a processing device to which a cutting blade is attached and the cutting blade is attached and fixed without requiring troublesome work.SOLUTION: A processing device 100 comprises a holding table 10 having a holding surface 11 for holding a work-piece 200, and a mount 23 that is fixed to a tip of a spindle 22 to hold a cutting blade 24. The mount 23 includes a columnar boss part extending in a longitudinal direction, and a support surface that protrudes outward in a radial direction from behind the boss part to support the cutting blade 24. The cutting blade 24 has, at a center, an insertion hole that is inserted into the boss part. A rotating shaft of the spindle 22 and the holding surface 11 of the holding table 10 incline at the same angle θ in the same direction, where the inclination is formed into an elevation angle so that a tip of the spindle 22 is higher than a rear side thereof. The cutting blade 24 is held on the mount 23 by own weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
