Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of reducing the possibility that degradation of output characteristics due to interference between wiring occurs and noise from an outside is likely to be superimposed on a detection signal.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 comprises: a sensor element 10 including electrodes for detection S1 and S2 outputting detection signals; a flexible wiring board 20 including a flexible base 21 and wiring for the sensor element 22 being disposed on the base 21 and electrically connected to the sensor element 10, and being mounted with the sensor element 10; an IC chip 30 comprising a pad for the detection signals 31; and a package 40 accommodating the sensor element 10, the flexible wiring board 20 and the IC chip 30. The wiring for the sensor element 22 includes wiring for the detection signals (22a and the like) electrically connected to the electrodes for detection S1 and S2. A metal wire 51 electrically connects between the wiring for the detection signals (22a and the like) and the pad for the detection signals 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
