Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal with wire capable of securing sufficient sealability (anticorrosion or waterproofness) and capable of preventing a sealing part from being enlarged, and a wiring harness.SOLUTION: In a wire/terminal connection part 16, a pressed portion 48 is formed in a non-caulked portion 18 between a pair of conductor caulking pieces 14 and a pair of coating caulking pieces 15. The pressed portion 48 is formed by applying a pressure from pressing means thereto. The pressure is a force that acts in a direction toward a bottom plate of a crimp terminal 3. The pressed portion 48 is fabricated/formed for preventing a strand of a conductor 5 that forms a conductor exposed part 7, from jumping out. The pressing means is such a pressing jig that the non-caulked portion 18 is pressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
