PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily align a thickness of an annular core to a predetermined thickness by using the annular core and a thickness adjusting collar.SOLUTION: The thickness adjusting jig of an annular core forming a stator or a rotor and a method for adjusting the thickness thereof is so configured that an annular core (6) is disposed on the outer periphery of a protrusion (3) of a metal core (2), a plurality of thickness adjusting collars (10) is disposed on the outer side of the annular core (6), and by pressing with a holding plate (9) of the jig and a strip ring (5), the thickness of the annular core (6) is confirmed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
