PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive commentary voice presentation apparatus that inserts explanation voice in program voice to present on the basis of an instruction of a user viewing a program.SOLUTION: An interactive commentary voice presentation apparatus 1 comprises time information extraction means 120 that extracts time information from program voice, instruction input means 11 that inputs an instruction, text acquisition means 121 that acquires an explanation text corresponding to time when the instruction is input from an external server, voice synthesis means 125 that converts the explanation text to explanation voice to output, delay control means 122 that delays the program voice until output of the explanation voice completes, and speech speed conversion means 124 that performs speech speed conversion of the delayed program voice to output such that the time information attached to the delayed program voice matches the time information extracted by the time information extraction means 120 after the explanation voice is output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
