Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a dust collector which provides improved dust collection performance even when a workpiece surface is curved and which can be quickly separated from a workpiece after dust collection operation, and a workpiece processing device provided with the dust collector and having a reduced overall device size in the vicinity of a dust collection position. [Solution] This dust collector comprises a hollow dust collecting cup 11 facing a workpiece W and sucking dust in the vicinity of the workpiece W. The dust collecting cup 11 comprises: a plurality of pistons 65a - 65s aligned along a cross-sectional periphery of the dust collecting cup 11 and capable of projecting toward the workpiece W; an air compressor 55 for causing the plurality of pistons 65a - 65s to project toward the workpiece W; and an air compressor 55 for separating, from the workpiece W, the plurality of pistons 65a - 65s projecting toward the workpiece W.
