Abstract:
The present invention relates to a 2-aminopyrimidine compound, and a use and pharmaceutical composition thereof. The compound can inhibit CDK4 and CDK6 activity, in particular CDK4 activity with high selectivity, and treat or prevent hyperproliferative diseases such as cancers mediated by CDK4 and CDK6, in particular hyperproliferative diseases such as cancers mediated by CDK4.
