Abstract:
The economical hydrogen gas conveying pipeline steel, which comprises the following components in wt%: C: 0.03-0.08%, Si: ≤ 0.15%, Mn: 0.53-1.19%, P: ≤ 0.012%, S: ≤ 0.0015%, Ti: 0.010-0.080%, Al: 0.025-0.048%, N: ≤ 0.0045%, and O: ≤ 0.002%. The method comprises: smelting then casting to form a blank; heating the casted blank; rough rolling; finishing rolling; cooling; and coiling. The yield strength of the present invention is 298-507 MPa, heat treatment is not needed, production and manufacturing processes are shortened, and overall energy consumption is reduced.
