Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of anti-inflammatory drugs. Disclosed are a 2,6-dibenzylidene cyclohexanone oxime compound, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. According to the present invention, a structural fragment with anti-inflammatory activity is introduced into the 2,6-dibenzylidene cyclohexanone oxime compound, and the prepared compound is stable in physicochemical properties. Experiments show that the 2,6-dibenzylidene cyclohexanone oxime compound has an excellent inhibitory effect on inflammatory factors and better in-vivo anti-inflammatory activity, especially for hepatitis and fatty liver disease caused by TNF-α and/or IL-6 exceeding normal expression and release, and has a protective effect on liver inflammation and liver lipid metabolism.
