Abstract:
A 3D printing device for an additive-manufacturing SLM process using a metal powder and a laser, comprising a frame. A printing base platform movement cavity that allows a printing base platform to move therein is provided in a central portion of the frame, an operating space is provided above the printing base movement cavity, the bottom of the operating space being an operating platform. A gap that extends in the same direction as the printing base platform is provided in a central portion of the operating platform, and clamping pieces are arranged on the operating platform on the left and right sides of the gap respectively. A workpiece of the present invention is formed from inside to outside, each layer being on a same radius, and laser scanning only being performed selectively in the axial direction. When the workpiece is on a same radius, after a line is printed, the workpiece is rotated by an angle corresponding to the width of one line, and after a complete circle of printing is completed on the same radius, the workpiece is dropped by the thickness of one slice. The described process is continuously repeated, completing manufacturing of an entire workpiece.
