An ablation and occlusion system (1000, 1000a, 1000b), comprising a delivery device (200), an ablation and occlusion device (100, 100a, 100c, 100e, 100g, 100h), and an electrode (300a). The electrode (300a) is connected to a distal end of the delivery device (200). The ablation and occlusion device (100, 100a, 100c, 100e, 100g, 100h) comprises a support scaffold (101) and a covering membrane (102). The support scaffold (101) is made of a conductive material. The covering membrane (102) covers the support scaffold (101). The electrode (300a) is arranged on the delivery device (200) and/or the ablation and occlusion device (100, 100a, 100c, 100e, 100g, 100h) and located on the side of the covering membrane (102) that faces away from the support scaffold (101), the electrode (300a) is insulated from the support scaffold (101) by means of the covering membrane (102), and the electrode (300a) is used to ablate a tissue to be ablated. In this way, the occurrence of a short circuit due to direct electrical conduction between the support scaffold (101) and the electrode (300a) can be avoided, and the safety and stability of ablation and the ablation effect can be improved.
