Abstract:
An abnormal medicine purchase identification method and device, a terminal and a computer-readable storage medium. The abnormal medicine purchase identification method comprises the steps of: obtaining, when an insured person swipes a card to settle a medical bill, period medicine purchase expenditures corresponding to a plurality of continuous time periods of the insured person (S101); comparing each period medicine purchase expenditure with a preset threshold respectively to determine whether a period medicine purchasing expenditure greater than the preset threshold exists (S102); and if a period medicine purchasing expenditure greater than the preset threshold exists, marking the medical insurance account as an abnormal medicine purchase object (S103). In the above method, whether an insured person has an abnormal medicine purchasing behavior of suddenly purchasing medicines is determined by determining whether a period medicine purchasing expenditure greater than a preset threshold exists, and if a period medicine purchase expenditure greater than the preset threshold value exists, the medical insurance account of the insured person is marked as an abnormal medicine purchase object, so the medical insurance management unit can identify the abnormal medicine purchase behavior of suddenly purchasing medicines of the abnormal medicine purchase object in time by means of the abnormal medicine purchase identification method and take corresponding measures.
