Abstract:
A machine learning-based method for settling an insurance claim, a device, an apparatus, and a storage medium: when providing a claim settlement service for a customer, pre-processing diagnosis and treatment information to obtain claim settlement audit information required for settling a claim; then, detecting the claim settlement audit information by means of a detection model obtained in advance by means of training so as to determine the authenticity thereof; and then, performing corresponding processing according to the authenticity detection result; thus, intelligent and automatic insurance claim settlement is achieved, and the service efficiency of settling insurance claims for specialty medicine is increased, which is beneficial for providing a better service experience to a customer, and which is further beneficial in lowering labor costs.
