Abstract:
An abnormality detection device that detects abnormalities in a ball screw disposed in an injection molder is provided with: a vibration sensor that detects vibrations of the ball screw; and a calculation unit that detects abnormalities in the ball screw on the basis of information related to the distribution of frequency components obtained through frequency analysis of the intensity of the vibrations detected by the vibration sensor and information related to the distribution of frequency components obtained through frequency analysis of the intensity of vibrations detected when a normal ball screw is operating.
