Abstract:
An absolute humidity sensor that has: a temperature sensor (12c) that is arranged in an environment in which air is flowing and that outputs a temperature signal that is a sensor signal that corresponds to the temperature of the air; a relative humidity sensor (12b) that is arranged in the abovementioned environment and outputs a relative humidity signal that is a sensor signal that corresponds to the relative humidity of the air; and an absolute humidity acquisition unit (22) that acquires the absolute humidity of the air from the temperature signal and the relative humidity signal. The responsivities of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor to changes in the temperature of the air are different. The absolute humidity sensor also has a delay adjustment unit (21a) that: delays the output of a high-responsivity sensor that, of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor, has the faster responsivity; and thereby coordinates the output change behavior of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor relative to changes in the temperature of the air. The absolute humidity acquisition unit acquires the absolute humidity from: the sensor signal from a low-responsivity sensor that, of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor, has the slower responsivity; and the sensor signal from the high-responsivity sensor that has been delayed by the delay adjustment.
