Abstract:
Provided is an absorbent article that can be used to more easily predict the day of ovulation as compared to conventional means. The absorbent article comprises a test strip that uses immunochromatography to detect the presence of luteinizing hormone in vaginal discharge. The test strip returns a positive result upon detecting a luteinizing hormone level of between 0.05 mIU/mL and 2.5 mIU/mL.
