Abstract:

The present invention provides a test strip that can be used as a novel tool for predicting the day of ovulation. The test strip uses immunochromatography for detecting luteinizing hormone in vaginal discharge, and detects a positive result if the amount of the luteinizing hormone is 0.05 mIU/mL to 2.5 mIU/mL.
