Abstract:
This absorbent article is provided with: surface embossing which extends along the longitudinal direction of a sanitary napkin at least on both sides of a region corresponding to a body fluid discharge part and wherein the resulting debossing involves a liquid-permeable surface sheet and an absorbent body; and absorbent embossing disposed away from the surface embossing towards the center in the lateral direction and extending along the surface embossing, and in which the absorbent body is debossed so that a space is formed between the liquid-permeable surface sheet and the absorbent body. The absorbent embossing is formed at positions passing through a raised center part by integrally debossing the raised center part and the absorbent body.
