Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an Acanthopagrus schlegelii antibacterial peptide AS-hepc3 (48-56), and a use thereof. The molecular formula of the Acanthopagrus schlegelii antibacterial peptide AS-hepc3(48-56) is C48H86N24O10S3, and the amino acid sequence thereof is SEQ ID NO: 01. The antibacterial peptide AS-hepc3(48-56) of the present invention is applied as an effective ingredient of an antibacterial drug, has the characteristics of short length, high antibacterial activity, difficulty generating drug resistance, the capability to resist various clinical drug-resistant bacteria, etc., and has a wide prospect in terms of the development of drugs for resisting drug-resistant bacteria.
