Abstract:
Disclosed is a Z-type solanone, the three-dimensional structural formula thereof being (I) or (II), and the name thereof being: (S,Z)-5-isopropyl-8-methyl-6,8-dien-2-one, or (R,Z)-5-isopropyl-8-methyl-6,8-dien-2-one. Also disclosed are a preparation method for the Z-type solanone, and a use in cigarette tobacco flavouring.
