Abstract:
Provided is an access management system capable of preventing a user from being confined with a simple configuration. This access management system comprises: a plurality of reading devices provided at doorways of a plurality of sections for reading identification information from an identifier body; and a management device which, when confinement has been detected on the basis of identification information read by a reading device from the identifying body, selects a route from the section in which confinement has been detected to a predetermined location and permits passage through doorways corresponding to reading devices which are present on the route when identification information is read thereby.
