Abstract:
Provided is an access port member capable of facilitating connection work of a connection member while suppressing poor closing of a slit. This access port member comprises: a main body portion 8 which is connected to a predetermined portion of a blood circuit for extracorporeally circulating a patient's blood, has formed therein a flow path 8b for circulating the blood, and has an opening 8c communicating with the flow path 8b; a valve portion 9 that is made of an elastic member covering the opening 8c and attached to an attachment portion 8d of the main body portion 8, and has formed therein a slit 9a that makes a transition from a closed state to an open state when pressed by a tip 11a of a syringe 11 (connecting member) capable of collecting blood or administering medication; a cap portion 10 fixed to the main body portion 8 with the valve portion 9 being interposed therebetween, while exposing the slit 9a to the outside; and a rib 9b formed integrally along the circumference of the slit 9a in the valve portion 9.
