This acoustic device (2) comprises a first acoustic unit (6) and a second acoustic unit (8). The first acoustic unit (6) includes: a first speaker module (30) having first sound-emitting surfaces (52), (54) arranged facing a second acoustic unit (8); and a first sound-absorbing module (28) having a first sound-absorbing surface (44) arranged around the first sound-emitting surfaces (52), (54) and facing the second acoustic unit (8). The second acoustic unit (8) includes: a second speaker module (58) having second sound-emitting surfaces (80), (82) arranged facing the first acoustic unit (6); and a second sound-absorbing module (56) having a second sound-absorbing surface (72) arranged around the second sound-emitting surfaces (80), (82) and facing the first acoustic unit (6).
