Abstract:
An acoustic environment control system (100) according to the present disclosure controls the acoustic environment of a room interior (200), the system comprising an information processing device (10), an output device (12), and a sensor (14). The information processing device (10) generates a sound having a plurality of frequency components. The output device (12) outputs the sound generated by the information processing device (10) to the room interior (200). The sensor (14) detects biological information pertaining to a human (M) present in the room interior (200). The sound includes a meaningless sound that has no effect for humans. The information processing device (10) assesses the state of the human (M) using the biological information detected by the sensor (14). The information processing device (10) adjusts the frequency and/or the magnitude of at least one frequency component constituting the meaningless sound, in accordance with the assessed state of the human (M).
